Shipping costs

Within Germany, we will send your delivery free of charge for orders over 100 € with our shipping partner DHL.
For orders under 100 € we charge 6 € for post and packing.

Shipping options

We currently only offer standard shipping by our shipping partner DHL, no express shipping.

Delivery time

The products we offer are in stock. We ship the goods within the next three working days (Monday to Friday) after receipt of payment for your order. The delivery time within Germany is usually 1-3 working days.

Delivery to another delivery address or DHL Packstation

We are also happy to send your goods to a different delivery address. Simply enter the address where you would like to receive your parcel when placing your order.

Delivery to a DHL Packstation within Germany is possible. Large packages that do not fit into your rented parcel box may have to be collected from a DHL location or a DHL Express station. We ask for your understanding that we cannot deliver to post office boxes.

Shipping insurance and tracking

Your ordered goods will be shipped by DHL and are insured against theft and accidental damage. Our insurance cover expires with the written confirmation of acceptance of your package.

As soon as we have shipped your order, you will receive an email notification with the DHL shipment number. You can check the shipment status after one to two hours via the link provided there.

Non contact delivery

Our shipping partner DHL offers the service of receiving shipments without personal contact. You will always receive a parcel notification message from them. You can use this to choose a drop-off location on your property.

In addition to this delivery, you also have other options. For example, you can change the delivery day if you will not be at home on the expected delivery day.

Shipping to Switzerland via meineinkauf.ch

For deliveries to Switzerland, we recommend that you use the MeinEinkauf.ch service. The shipping costs in our shop then correspond to the shipping costs within Germany (free shipping over 100 € order value).

For a small fee, MeinEinkauf.ch takes care of all customs formalities and delivery to you. You will receive your goods quickly, duty paid and at a low price.

Shipping outside Germany

Item prices for customers from non-EU countries

Please note that the prices listed on the product pages for customers outside the EU are gross prices = net prices, i.e. no VAT is shown on the invoice.

Order limit

The order amount is limited to 999,99 € if you order from a non-EU country due to customs regulations. Please place a new order if you want to order more. In this case, the regular shipping costs apply once more because we have to process the order separately.

Additional costs for shipping to third countries (non-EU)

In addition to the shipping costs listed in the table, deliveries to non-EU countries may incur customs duties, taxes and fees that must be paid by you - the recipient.

Please note that we do not cover the shipping costs for returns from countries other than Germany. The return shipping costs will be refunded in accordance with current legislation for returns.

Delivery time abroad

We ship to EU countries as well as internationally with our shipping partner DHL or to USA & Canada with UPS (at your choice). The delivery time varies depending on the country of delivery and customs processing time.
