Purchase on account via Klarna (Pay later) 

Shop first - then pay. This is possible with purchase on account.

We offer purchase on account as a payment method in some countries in cooperation with Klarna. If you have chosen purchase on account, you pay with a due date of 14 days from the dispatch of the goods (invoice date). The invoice with the transfer details will be sent to you directly by Klarna by e-mail. This happens when the goods are dispatched, please also check the spam/junk folder of your email inbox.

When paying with Klarna, you never have to enter your account details. You can view all your invoices at any time  here or in the Klarna App einsehen.
Of course, you can return items to us as usual. You only pay for what you keep.

Requirements for purchase on account

• Minimum age of 18 years
• The billing address must be your registration address. If the delivery address is different, you have to be the recipient.
• The maximum allowed order amount is determined by Klarna with the help of a credit check and varies from person to person. If your purchase fails, you can try again with a lower amount. As a Thea Mika online shop, we have no influence on whether your payment is confirmed or rejected by Klarna.

If you have not received your Klarna invoice

You will receive the invoice by email from Klarna after the order has been sent. Please note that the sender of the email is not us, the Thea Mika online shop, but Klarna. Please also check the spam/junk folder of your email inbox.
If you have not received an invoice from Klarna, you can access it at any time in the Klarna customer portal.

Refund

If you purchase on account via Klarna, the refund usually takes a total of 10 days. If you make a return before a payment has been made to Klarna, we will cancel the invoice accordingly with Klarna and no refund will be made. 

Instant bank transfer via Klarna (Pay now)

After selecting the payment method "Instant bank transfer", you will be redirected to the Klarna payment page. There you first select your country, choose the bank that should carry out the transfer and then you reach the login area of the secure payment page, where you can log in with your online banking data. Then you have to enter your TAN for confirmation.

After completing the transfer, we as an online shop receive a real-time transaction confirmation, unlike with an advance payment order. This allows us to process your order faster!

Credit card via Klarna (pay now) - available in Germany, Netherlands, Austria

Pay securely and conveniently with your credit card via Klarna. Select the payment method "credit card" in the checkout and enter the data of your credit card as usual. Your card will be charged automatically.

Direct debit via Klarna (pay now) - available in Germany, Netherlands, Austria.

We offer payment by direct debit through our partner Klarna. Select the payment method "direct debit" in the checkout. In the next step you can select your bank and log in. A few days later your account will be debited automatically. Klarna remembers your bank details so that you can pay even faster with your next purchase by 1-click.

PayPal available in all countries and Giropay (available in Germany)

Pay quickly and easily via PayPal and Giropay.

If you have chosen PayPal as your payment method, you will automatically be redirected to the PayPal portal where you can make the payment. As soon as we receive the payment, your order will be shipped. Credit notes from returns are always credited back to the PayPal account used for the purchase.

Security is always a top priority at PayPal: PayPal Seller Protection and PayPal Buyer Protection apply to all payments in accordance with the respective guidelines. Another advantage for you: the ordering process is accelerated because the payment is usually transferred to us immediately and your order can often be shipped to you on the same day.

Prepayment - available in all countries

If you have chosen the payment method prepayment, complete your order as usual after selecting this. You will receive our bank details and the order number in our automatically sent e-mail confirmation.
Please transfer the invoice amount to the following Brand Masters GmbH account within three working days, stating the reason for payment:

Please enter your order number and your name as the reason for payment so that we can allocate the payment. Your order will be processed immediately after receipt of payment.

If we are unable to receive payment within seven days of receipt of order, your order will be automatically cancelled. Any transfer costs and bank charges are to be borne by the customer.

We will ship your order as soon as payment is received in our account.
Credit notes from returns are transferred back to the bank account from which the original order was paid.

Vouchers

If you have a voucher or discount code, you can redeem it in the shopping basket by clicking on the "I have a voucher" box and then entering it in the input field. By clicking on the arrow next to the input field, the corresponding amount will be deducted from the invoice amount.

Currency

Payments as well as refunds are settled in Euro (EUR).
