Can I return my order?

You have the right to return your order within 14 days, without any obligation to provide a reason - given that the articles are unworn und sellable at full price. For returns within Germany, you will find a DHL shipping ticket for free return shipping in your delivery. For returns from abroad the postage has to be paid by the customer. Please note that items can only be returned for refund, no exchange possible. If you need to exchange your Item, please make an additional order.

Please be aware that we do not accept any returns with unpaid shipping. The shipping costs for returns from other countries need to be covered by the customer (as long as the article is not faulty).
According to Section 13 of the German Civil Code, as a customer, you are not obliged to keep your order if you make use of your right of withdrawal within 2 weeks of the date of receipt. This period begins at the earliest upon receipt of a detailed written description of your rights of withdrawal. The withdrawal does not have to be justified and can be made in writing to us or via return of the goods at our risk.

Please note that the return transfers will be initiated within 7 workdays after the receipt of a return.

For credit/debit card payments, a credit note will be issued on the credit/debit card account. PayPal payments will be refunded to the PayPal account. For all other payments, we require your complete account details.

Do I need to have my own customer account?

No, you can simply place an order with a guest account. All we require is your personal data, delivery address and invoice address. If you order as a guest, you cannot make any changes in your data after you completed the ordering process. Please inform our customer service in time if changes are necessary.

What is the advantage of creating an account?

Under 'Change address' you can store all your personal data and quickly and easily make a new order. In addition, you can also check the status of your order here. If you have forgotten your password, you can simply 'Request a new password' to be sent to you by e-mail. You will receive an email with a link to set a new password of your choice. Furthermore you can check your former orders.
